Privacy policy

Incredibrands Ltd respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you contact us or join our newsletter we collect your name, email address, company (if provided) and the content of your message. Insider registration can also include your country, chosen interests and optional interest in product testing. Testing interest does not guarantee participation.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you and, if you opted in, to send occasional updates. We never sell your information.

Subscriptions and consent

Newsletter and launch registrations record your email address, signup source and consent date. General enquiries do not automatically subscribe you. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update email or contact us to change your preferences. Marketing updates will only be sent through an authorised email service.

Website analytics

If optional analytics is configured, we ask for your permission before loading it. It helps us understand page visits and actions such as partner link clicks. Names, email addresses and message contents are not sent in these events. An outbound partner click is not treated as a completed enquiry.

Your rights

AI questions

If the team enables Ask Brianne, your question and approved public source summaries are sent to an AI service to generate an answer. Do not include personal, confidential or medical information. We do not store a question history in the website database. Hashed network-address counters help prevent abuse; raw addresses are not stored in those counters. Answers may be inaccurate, so check the linked sources or contact the team.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us via our contact page.
