Our approach
Better products begin with better questions.
Every product involves choices: what goes into it, how it performs, how it is packaged and how it reaches the people who use it. Our approach is to consider those choices together and communicate them clearly.
Evidence before exaggeration.
Innovation should be supported by real thinking, not simply impressive-sounding marketing. We aim to understand the evidence behind the products we create and communicate their benefits clearly. That includes recognising trade-offs and avoiding claims that go further than the available evidence.
Better must still mean better.
Environmental considerations matter, but products also need to perform. We want to create everyday products that customers genuinely enjoy using and choose again. Practicality, quality, design and value are all essential.
Rethinking what surrounds the product.
Packaging is an important part of product design. We consider its purpose, material requirements, transport implications, disposal options and customer experience. There is rarely one perfect answer for every product or market, so we believe in explaining the decisions we make.
Ambition and responsibility belong together.
Commercial performance, ethical considerations, responsible sourcing and long-term decision-making should be part of the same conversation. Our ambition is to build brands that balance these considerations as they grow.

Where do materials come from, and what evidence is available about sourcing?
Materials involve trade-offs.
Often useful for reuse, but weight, breakage and transport need consideration.
No material is universally best. These are questions for comparison, not measured results for Incredibrands products.
